A 2006 CBV, Robert has 10 years of management experience with a Canadian financial institution as a senior manager providing leadership in the areas of finance, acquisitions, integration and corporate finance. As a consultant, Robert has provided Business Valuation support for corporate acquisitions, divestitures and management buy-outs. Additionally, he has played a lead role in seeking out and completing acquisition and divestiture engagements for small to mid-sized private corporations and private equity firms. Robert also has experience in providing Business Valuations in support of litigation matters related to shareholder disputes and family law.
